A TRULY UNIQUE SANCTUARY

The first home you build together, or as a family home can be very exciting. However, Cassy & Slim admit they were on opposite ends of the design preferences! So, they were reassured when a Residential Attitudes Building and Design Consultant was on hand to show the benefits of each design feature, and help their selection process.

The fun part was looking at various customisations to the home, and finalising the designs.

This home has tons of exciting design features, such as a North orientation at the rear of the block, amazing raking windows above the sliding doors that allows natural light to flow into the home.

With the front elevation, there are plans to remove the cladding and add feature red brick work along with small windows.

Now the designs have been decided, Slim is looking forward to the slab going down!

Cassy says she is excited to see everything come together. “Just looking at our ideas come to life, brick by brick, it is going to be a very interesting experience for us.”
